I absolutely love living at Amavi Kissimmee The community is clean, beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. A special thank you to Deborah Almodovar, Assistant of Property Manager, for always being so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond to help me. Amavi chose the perfect Assistant Property Manager, and Deborah definitely earns five stars from me. Highly recommend this wonderful community

|Recommended: YesClean and peaceful place — I had a really good experience at Amavi. The place is very peaceful, clean, and relaxing exactly the kind of environment I was looking for.
Debbie was the one who helped me from the beginning, and she was very kind, patient, and professional. She took her time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
Since being here, I truly enjoy the calm atmosphere. It’s a nice and quiet place to live.

|Recommended: YesAfter 4 days living here — The front door lock is cumbersome and unreliable. At night, especially, renters are vulnerable usafe fumbling around with an app when a key would be simpler. We all have keys anyway, so why intrduce an app I have had to enter via my garage because the app stopped working. Later, it began working, but required a workaround that I was unable to follow as I was just trying options on the fly. The current front door lock sytem is a serious safety concern.

The smart lock system is intended to provide added security and flexibility, but we recognize that it should also be reliable and easy to use at all times. We sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve encountered with the app and the difficulty accessing your home.

|Recommended: YesLoving the new builds property staf — I really appreciate how open and spacious everything feels. The upgrades throughout the house are a definite bonus. The property and maintenance staff are very attentive and always show great care when addressing any questions or concerns.
