You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Our community partners with Whale to manage security deposits in a secure and transparent way. Prior to move-in, residents are asked to create a Whale account and transfer their required security deposit into an FDIC-insured account in their own name. Funds held in the Whale account may earn interest while still meeting all lease requirements.
